“Coffee Beans Empty” message

SOLUTION

  • The bean hopper is at the back of the machine on the right hand side of the machine.
  • Fill up the bean hopper with coffee beans only.
  • If the message remains and the hopper has beans, then it may be the case that moisture has gotten onto the beans and blocked the grinder.
