When the water tank is full, the grey magnet in the water tank will float. When the tank is empty, the magnet will sink activating a switch inside the machine to show the “Fill Watertank” message.
The water tank is at the back on the left hand side of the machine. (Care, do not put water in the bean hopper on the right hand side).
Fill up the water tank.
If the message remains and the tank is full, then the float in the water tank is faulty and will need replacing. Contact PureBean on 1300 131 142.
